This Cancellation Policy is a practical draft for the Grasp Maths website. It should be reviewed against the final business details, data flows and subscription arrangements before public launch.
1. Cancelling a subscription
Members will be able to manage or cancel subscriptions through the secure Stripe customer portal linked from their account.
2. Access after cancellation
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and then changes to the applicable free level.
3. Renewal payments
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing interval selected at checkout until cancelled.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility should be stated clearly on the final pricing and checkout pages and applied in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment. Premium access may be limited if the subscription becomes unpaid or inactive.
