The terms that apply when you use the Grasp Maths website and practice platform.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Where we are today: Grasp Maths accounts, saved progress and paid membership (Parent Pro and Tutor Pro) are live. These terms describe the service as it currently operates.
By using the Grasp Maths website or practice platform, you agree to these terms. If you're a parent, guardian, tutor or teacher setting up access on behalf of a child or learner, you agree to these terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use of the service.
Grasp Maths provides structured online maths practice, instant marking, progress tracking and adaptive practice that adjusts to a learner's strengths and weaknesses. Some features described on this website are reserved for paid plans — see the Pricing page for what's included in each tier.
Learner accounts are created and managed by a parent, guardian, tutor or teacher on behalf of the learner. You're responsible for keeping account login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away via the Contact page if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
You agree to use Grasp Maths only for its intended purpose — educational practice and progress tracking — and not to:
Free Starter access is available without payment, with the limits described on the Pricing page. Paid membership plans are billed through our payment provider, Stripe, on the basis described on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe. Cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy.
All practice questions, worksheets, branding, design and underlying software on Grasp Maths belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal or family educational use (or, where agreed, tutoring/classroom use), but may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative products from them without our written permission.
We aim to keep the website and platform available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may be added, changed or removed as the platform develops. Where reasonably possible, we'll give notice of significant changes that affect paying members.
Grasp Maths is provided as an educational practice tool and is not a substitute for formal teaching, assessment or professional educational advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You may stop using the service, or close your account, at any time. We may suspend or end access to an account that breaches these terms, or where we reasonably believe it's necessary to protect the platform, other users or a learner's wellbeing.
We may update these terms as the platform develops. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make a change, and we'll highlight significant changes on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Questions about these terms can be sent via the Contact page.
